Starting his career as a leader in the environment sector in the early 1990s, Dave has worked with senior and executive leaders since 2008, initially as a coach, then as an Executive Business Partner and freelance consultant. 

 

Dave is a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the British Psychological Society (BPS).  He holds formal and professional qualifications in facilitation, mediation, coaching, training and leadership.

As a consultant mediator, facilitator, coach, trainer and speaker, Dave enables people to improve their relationships at work.  He is passionate about supporting people to resolve challenging and tough relationship issues.
